I am so excited! I have discovered the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints indexing. I am entering records from the 1910 census to digital copy. It is completely voluntary and you do not need to be a member. It is so much fun to see into the past. I hope someday to find names of my family members.

Military Ranks

I have been indexing military records from 1910 census. I have done a couple of ship records and one ground unit. I am clueless about rank and abbreviations. I am putting a list of ranks so that transcription will be easier. Check back in a couple days.
